A day-long workshop was held in CESVIMAP´s installations in October, on the new paint products from the Akzo Nobel group.

Montserrat Lafuente, Head of Marketing for the brand for Spain and Portugal, and Milena Trasmonte, Head of the Lesonal line for Spain and Portugal, presented the new products that the Akzo Nobel group has brought onto the market within the Sikkens and Lesonal brands, to the technicians of the CESVIMAP paintwork department. These products meet all the requirements of the new legislation on VOC which the European Union has brought into force for paintwork manufacturers, distributors and repair shops. There have also been changes in the range of products, moving towards greater rationalization and user friendliness for the repair shop.

During the workshop, there was also time to comment on the procedures and products of the new Auctocoat BT LV line of paint for industrial vehicles, including the lines of colour, varnish, primers and fillers. These changes have also come about as a result of the VOC legislation which affects the entire repainting sector.
