In Cesvimap the vehicles undergo controlled speed crash tests, aimed at finding out their deformability and repairability.
These tests allow us to establish a damageability index, in other words, the relation between the cost of repair and the price of the vehicle, which means that it can be classified and compared with others. The tests give us information for reports on repairability features, aimed at vehicle builders.
These tests are carried out on Cesvimap´s own initiative, or when requested by any interested party: automobile builders, component manufacturers, etc.
