Double shifts in the bodywork and paintwork shop

The second shift has arisen as a new and efficient tool with which to keep costs down, costs being a variable which any business person must keep at a minimum in order to achieve maximum profitability in the bodywork and paintwork repair shop.  When it is practical, how to put the second shift into practice in the workshop, who the ideal workers are, profitability levels to be aimed at and the practical application of all these elements: these are some of the points which are handled on this course.
