Aimed at automobile experts who intend to expand their knowledge in the valuation of damages in industrial vehicles.

Employability: in the course the type of repair required by each damaged element of the different bodywork is determined. To do this, the different types of vehicles are analyzed, breaking down their elements, in order to carry out a complete appraisal. We will teach you how to assess damages, using official rates and the appraisal system for industrial vehicles

Contents:

1. Analysis of different types of vehicles and reference dimensions. Coaches and buses.
2. Body: exploded view of cabins and bodies. Replacement and repair of cabin elements.
3. The independent chassis: types, mechanical characteristics, chassis measurement and control systems and analysis of its deformations.
4. Mechanics: identification of mechanical elements.
5. Painting: specific painting processes.
6. Benches: chassis repair and cab repair.
7. Expert technique: replacement, official rates and Audatex expert systems.
