Directed to workshop personnel who usually work with electrical systems, technicians and experts who wish to acquire a comprehensive and practical knowledge of this technology.

Contents:

1. Hybrid and electric vehicle fundamentals: New mobility context, characteristics and classification of electric and hybrid vehicles. Operation of the different technologies. 48V hybrids. Fuel cell.
2. Hybrid and electric vehicle technology. Electronics and components: High voltage components of the main vehicles on the market. Battery disassemblies, openings and repairs for the following vehicles: Tesla Model S, Tesla Model 3, Hyundai Ioniq, Nissan Leaf, Renault Zoe and Mitsubishi Oulander PHEV. You can see how its elements are interconnected and how they work. Advanced aspects of batteries, motors and inverters are detailed; Vehicles with fuel cells such as the Hyundai Nexo are also studied.
   
3. Electrical risks and legislation for work in the workshop: Procedure for de-energizing a V.E. Protective equipment against electrical risk and safety of various vehicles on the market. It will work with specific tools from the main manufacturers, such as Wiha or Würth. The main operations to be carried out with these vehicles and their maintenance will also be discussed.
