Employability: We will explain the parts of an expert opinion, with an impact on the verification of damages, collection of administrative data, types of files of car insurance, damage assessment, budget creation… If the repair shop actively collaborates with the insurance companies, new tasks of receiving vehicles and assessing damage will emerge. So we’ll show you what the implications are for the service advisor.
We will also analyze the operating principles of the Audatex and GT Estimate assessment systems, and of the CESVIMAP paint and sheet repair scales.
