    3. Painting work processes (1 ECTS). Painting in manufacturing and repair. Painting of plastics. Painting times and materials CESVIMAP. Painting of motorbikes and industrial vehicles
    4. Mechanics work processes. Technological innovations in the automobile (1 ECTS).
    5. New Forms of Mobility: maintenance and repairability. ADAS. electric and hybrid vehicles (3 ECTS).
    6. The customer as the key to the future.The customer as the key to business: reception and customer service (3 ECTS). Reception area. Service quality and damage assessment. Workshop action in the management of the claim.
