Aimed at painting managers and painters.

Employability: We will analyse all the critical factors that affect, directly and indirectly, the painting process, and that allow its optimisation, in order to achieve an adequate quality for the customer. What control tools do we have? How do we obtain the operating ratios? You will learn how to plan the work to save time; choose profitable materials and tools; apply the most profitable work methods; give importance to training in the use and application of products and tools and to focus on people, making the painting area more dynamic.

• Reception and customer service (individual/insurance company).  Customer journey.
  Bodywork, Painting and Electromechanics areas.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Analysis of working methods in the workshop.
• Technical indicators. KPI’s.
• Waste management and prevention.
• The ideal workshop.
