CESVIMAP offers training for telephone assistance centres for the people working there, fundamentally on systems and elements of the automobile, motorcycles and industrial vehicles. 

The objective is for these people to have sufficient knowledge of the characteristics of the automobiles in order to be able to perform their work in the most professional way possible.

This training is available both face to face and on-line, using the latest teaching resources which ensure success in knowledge transmission: situations recreated on video, decision-taking exercises and plentiful graphic resources.
