CESVIMAP trains roadside assistance providers. The courses aimed at these clients are carried out from two basic focus points:
• Assistance for the policy holder, given that the real objective of a roadside assistance service is people. This is why it is fundamental to follow certain protocols for action which transmit safety and trust, minimising the impact of the breakdown or of the accident.
• Technical vehicle assistance. Depending on the type of vehicle or of breakdown that has called for the service, the assistance may be provided in situ or it may be necessary to tow the vehicle, with all the necessary guarantees.
This training is available both face to face and on-line, using the latest teaching resources which ensure success in knowledge transmission: situations recreated on video, decision-taking exercises and plentiful graphic resources.
