An extended service for the client and advantages for the repair shop
Designed for managers and repair shop supervisors, as well as repair shop receptionists, interested in offering or improving and making this service more cost-effective, and in doing this in an optimal and productive fashion.
Objective: to give training in setting up a second shift as an effective tool to attain cost-effectiveness in the bodywork and paintwork repair shop, a variable which favours the client at the same time as providing benefits for the repair shop. The course provides the management methods needed to set it up properly.
Length of course: 28 teaching hours (five days).
