Quick service. A new option for work in the repair shop
Designed for managers, repair shop supervisors, and repair shop receptionists, who wish to set up a quick repair service or improve this service, in the event they already include this in their range of services.
Objective: to train course participants in the fundamental principles of this new service in aspects of layout of working zones and their organisation, as well as to inform them about evaluation and management tools to put these principles into practice. All of this is rounded off with practical demonstrations.
Length of course: 28 teaching hours (five days).
