Designed for owners, managers, repair shop supervisors and section heads, seeking tools and methods to raise the quality of service for clients and obtain maximum cost-effectiveness through efficient business management.

Objective: to improve bodywork and paintwork repair shop resources, in order to adapt the running of the business to market demands. Improvement in layout, the optimisation of work sequencing and flows, and the management of the different areas and of repair shop personnel are analysed from a perspective of improvement and cost-effectiveness, ensuring the quality of the working processes.
